Wolfe Construction, Inc. - H.A. P. Award Winner

Since 1989, the Greater Grand Rapids Home Builders Association (HBA) has presented the "H.A.P. Award" as a symbol of a strong relationship between builders and suppliers.  Wolfe Construction received this high honor for 2002.  

"When they anounced Wolfe Construction as the 2002 H.A.P. Award winner, it really didn't sink in," Tim said. "There are so many great builders out there who I admire and who do such wonderful work, I couldn't believe we were HBA Award winners.  It is such a privilege for Wolfe Construction to be a 2002 H.A.P Award winner."

Finalist for the H.A.P Award are rated on the basis of trust, communication, loyalty, ethics, and consideration by the suppliers who work with them.  Only one builder/remodeler is recognized each year as the H.A.P. Award winner for best exemplifying "Home Builders and Associates in Partnership."

The HBA designed the H.A.P. Award as a means of fostering a good working relationship between their members, encouraging builders to take a close look at their customer relations, and involving associated members in their rating process.

Business of the Year Cedar Springs - 2003

The Cedar Springs Area Chamber of Commerce recognized the efforts and contributions of Tim Wolfe, his wife Sue, John Wolfe and his wife Cindy, owners of Wolfe Construction of Cedar Springs.  The Area Chamber selects one business each year to receive this prestigious award.

This award is given not just to a successful area business, but to individuals who have given back to the community.  The Wolfes have assisted area service and volunteer groups including: Rotary, Athletic Boosters, Chamber of Commerce, Cedar Springs Area Parks and Recreation, Cedar Springs Public Schools, Education Boosters, and other youth & Christian organizations.
